No. You send the request free; the doctor reviews it and shortlists suitable care providers, and you pay after you choose.
Can I meet the care provider before choosing?
Yes. You see her CV, and you can ask for a phone call, a video call or an assessment visit before deciding.
Can I change the care provider?
Yes. You ask from your account, and the doctor shortlists replacements for you to choose from.
Can I pause the subscription?
Yes. You ask to pause it from your account at least 24 hours ahead, and the team reviews it.
How does the contract renew?
Monthly contracts renew on their own; you get a notice before the date and can stop the renewal from your account before it.
How do I follow the visits?
On the web or in the app: each visit time, the care provider's arrival, vital signs, and a report for every visit.
