Terms of Service
By using or registering on the platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
-
1
Nature of the service
The platform is a technical intermediary connecting users with independent, licensed home-care providers, and provides tools for managing the request, the medical review, payment and follow-up. The platform is not itself a medical care provider.
-
2
Licensing responsibility
The platform operator is responsible for obtaining the required licences from the competent health authorities (such as the Saudi Ministry of Health) to provide home-care and telemedicine services before the actual commercial launch.
-
3
User account
Users must provide accurate information when registering, keep their sign-in details confidential, and tell support at once if they suspect any unauthorised use of the account.
-
4
Requests and medical review
Every care request is reviewed by a specialist doctor before care providers are shortlisted. The platform does not guarantee that any request will be accepted, and may ask for more information or a remote consultation before completing the shortlist.
-
5
Payment and billing
Prices are shown clearly before payment, and payment is taken only after the user chooses a suitable care provider. Any discounts or special offers are subject to management approval.
-
6
Cancellation and refunds
Users may ask to cancel a request before the scheduled visits start, under the refund policy shown in their account; any visits already carried out are charged in part.
-
7
Limitation of liability
The platform is not liable for any harm resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user, or from services a care provider performed outside what was agreed through the platform.
-
8
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time; users will be told of any material change by email or a notice on the platform.
